Vitamin IV Drip Ltd operates under the commercial brand name “Vitamin IV”.

All references to “Vitamin IV”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer exclusively to Vitamin IV Drip Ltd.

The name “Vitamin IV” is used solely as a commercial brand and does not constitute a separate legal entity or healthcare provider.

All contractual relationships are entered into with Vitamin IV Drip Ltd.

2. Nature of Services and Platform Status

Vitamin IV operates strictly as a non-medical coordination and booking platform.

Vitamin IV does not operate as:
• a healthcare provider
• a medical clinic
• a medical establishment

Vitamin IV does not:
• diagnose
• prescribe
• administer treatment
• provide medical care

Vitamin IV’s role is limited to coordinating access to independent healthcare professionals.

Nothing in these Terms creates a doctor–patient relationship between Vitamin IV and the client.

3. Independent Healthcare Professionals

All healthcare professionals are independent contractors.

They are not employees, agents or representatives of Vitamin IV.

Each practitioner operates:
• under their own license
• under their own insurance
• under their own professional responsibility

Each practitioner is solely responsible for:
• clinical decisions
• treatment
• patient care

Vitamin IV does not control or influence medical decisions.

4. No Medical Advice

All information provided by Vitamin IV is for informational purposes only.

It does not constitute medical advice.

Clients must rely on the independent practitioner.

5. Booking and Binding Agreement

A booking is considered legally binding once the client:
• confirms via written communication (including WhatsApp), and/or
• completes payment

Electronic communication constitutes a valid agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Payment may be required in advance.

By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the price communicated.

7. Third-Party Services

All services are provided by independent third-party practitioners.

Vitamin IV is not responsible for their actions, decisions or treatment outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Vitamin IV shall not be liable for:
• medical outcomes
• complications or side effects
• practitioner decisions
• indirect or consequential losses

All medical responsibility lies solely with the treating practitioner.

9. Service Availability

Vitamin IV does not guarantee availability or exact arrival times.

Delays may occur due to traffic, demand or external conditions.

10. Force Majeure

Vitamin IV is not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond its control.

11. Client Acknowledgement

By using our services, the client acknowledges that:
• Vitamin IV is not a healthcare provider
• no medical relationship exists with Vitamin IV
• all services are delivered by independent professionals

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Medical Disclaimer

Vitamin IV is a non-medical coordination platform.

Vitamin IV does not:
• provide medical care
• diagnose
• prescribe
• administer treatment

All services are delivered by independent licensed professionals.

Each practitioner is fully responsible for all medical decisions and treatment.
