Cancellation Policy

Appointments are scheduled on short notice and require immediate allocation of resources.

By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the following:
• Cancellations 24 hours or more in advance: no charge
• Cancellations less than 12 hours or same day: fee may apply
• Once the nurse is dispatched (en route): €100 call-out fee applies
• If the nurse arrives and the client is not present or unreachable: no-show
• In case of no-show: full treatment amount is charged

If the client refuses treatment upon arrival and the practitioner determines treatment could have been safely performed, the full amount will be charged.

If the practitioner refuses treatment for medical reasons, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
