No refunds will be issued in cases of:
• late cancellation
• same-day cancellation
• cancellation after dispatch
• no-show
• refusal upon arrival
Refunds are issued only at the sole discretion of Vitamin IV or in case of medical refusal by the practitioner.
Chargeback and Dispute Protection
By confirming a booking, the client agrees not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or disputes.
Vitamin IV may provide evidence including:
• booking confirmation
• message history (including WhatsApp)
• dispatch confirmation
• arrival confirmation
These records shall be considered valid proof of service.

Vitamin IV is a non-medical coordination platform.
Vitamin IV does not:
• provide medical care
• diagnose
• prescribe
• administer treatment
All services are delivered by independent licensed professionals.
Each practitioner is fully responsible for all medical decisions and treatment.
